We offer a revamping service for industrial furnaces, both of our production and of other manufacturers, carrying it out also directly on the customer’s premises and guaranteeing optimization of operating times and saving of resources.
It is possible to revamp or modernize old systems, acting on the mechanical, electronic and user interface aspects, being able to choose if and how to modernize or replace the whole hot chamber and the heating part.
Your furnaces as new
To carry out a revamping intervention, we proceed with the disassembly and verification of the existing machinery, carrying out an extraordinary maintenance to bring them to a performance level as close as possible to that of a new machine.
If it is necessary to replace components, we search for spare parts or rebuild worn mechanical or refractory parts, to ensure the highest quality of process and production.
In many cases, given the good construction of the machines, it is possible to consider the technical and electronic modernization of the system, to contain costs and have a technical solution that is close to that of a new machine.
