TGVA-ALUMINUM

For quality heating of aluminum alloy billets

These are push furnaces for the manufacturing of aluminum products, which, while closely resembling the furnaces of the standard TGV series, differ in the method of heating, which here is indirect, i.e. carried out through heated air by means of radiant tubes so as not to oxidize the material, which, unlike brass, must not be in contact with the heating flame in order to be adequately heated.

The type of piling is similar to that of brass furnaces. The heating system has radiant tubes, and the air is circulated inside the chamber by a centrifugal fan. This type of heating, which is gentler, is more suitable for the properties of aluminum, which are thus preserved.

This type of furnace is very suitable where there is limited space available, and the productions have large batches.
