Nei forni CTT, i pezzi sono disposti sul tappeto ed effettuano il trattamento a passaggio, direttamente all\u2019 uscita delle linee di stampaggio per aumentare l\u2019efficienza energetica, utilizzando il calore residuo come partenza del processo e risparmiare energia nella fase di salita in temperatura.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tipo di riscaldo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le macchine possono utilizzare un riscaldo di tipo diretto (fiamma in camera) o di tipo indiretto (aria calda). I forni con riscaldo diretto presentano un\u2019innovativa camera radiante che consente di riscaldare in modo uniforme e con elevata potenza i particolari in passaggio. Questo tipo di forno \u00e8 utilizzato in trattamenti ad alta temperatura specialmente su ottone ed acciaio. I forni ad aria calda, sono invece indicati soprattutto per l\u2019alluminio, e presentano un sistema camera a cartuccia, dove attraverso tubi radianti e ventilatori centrifughi viene generata
